· Returns will be accepted with prior written confirmation from Hot Stitches, within 45 days of confirmation date. · Items must be sent in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, original tag, in sellable condition, no worn, soiled or damaged merchandise. · Refunds of only the product price will be made. We do not refund shipping costs. · Shipping costs may NOT be reflected in the shopping cart. Generally it will be lower if there are multiple items in your cart. We only charge for the cost of the shipping, handling and insurance. There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the original sale price.
We do not in any manner, shape, or form share the information written to us via form, shopping cart or email with any other entity. It is used solely by us for shipping orders, responding to client’s queries, and/or sending newsletters.
Hot Stitches and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at hotstitches.com you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Disputes
